価値分析
M&Aにおける取引価格決定のみならず、適正な財務諸表を作成するため、税務上の取引価格の妥当性を示すためにも株式や無形資産、新株予約権や優先株式の公正価値評価が求められる場面が増えており、意思決定における重要な検討事項となってきています。
