PMIの主な対応事項・課題の整理
•上記で課題を特定・対応策を検討した結果を踏まえて、PMI の主な対応事項を各領域ごとに整理します。

PMI計画立案
PMI推進体制の構築
•プロジェクトの推進体制(分科会の体制)、週次定例等の会議体の運用の設計、タスク・スケジュールの管理方法等の設計を支援します。
分科会チャーター(憲章)の作成
•適宜、PMIを推進する上で各領域ごとにPMIの目的・役割・主なマイルストーン・タスク等をチャーター(憲章)として整理する支援として、チャーターの雛型の提供、内容の作成に関する助言・支援を行います。
PMI計画立案
•PMI課題の内、ガバナンス、財務経理領域など優先順位を定義し、計画に展開します。
•計画に当たっては、タスク単位で担当者をアサインし、開始、完了期限を明確にします。
実行・モニタリング支援
Day1に向けた実行・モニタリング(全体PMO・分科会支援)
•週次内部定例会の資料作成、適宜ファシリテート、及び結果のフォローアップを支援します。
•各領域担当者からの進捗報告をもとに全体スケジュールのステータス更新、遅延タスクへのフォローアップを行います。
•随時発生する課題に関する実務上の助言、及び討議資料ドラフト作成・フォローアップします。
Day1に向けた準備チェック
•Day1を迎えるに際して準備・完了しておく必要のある事項をリスト化し、各分科会にステータス/完了報告を求め、フォローアップします。
Day100/180に向けた計画立案
•Day1を迎えた後、Day1時点で残課題と残っている事項をとりまとめ、計画への落とし込みを支援します。
