買手企業における経理財務PMIの重要性と負担
M&A戦略を実現するためには、ディール実行後、対象会社の様々な業務プロセスを買手企業の求める水準に引き上げ、統合していく必要があります。
その中でも経理財務のプロセスに関しては、対象会社を連結グループに加えた後の最初の四半期又は年度の決算スケジュールが非常にタイトになるケースが多く、買手企業の経理部門には一時的に高い負荷がかかることとなります。
