1. 海外子会社ショートレビュー
海外子会社に訪問の上、財務および経営状況、それらの管理体制についてショートレビューを行います。これにより海外子会社固有の事業環境の変化に適時・適切に対応するための情報提供が可能になります。
- 財務状況の確認（例）
運転資金の分析、売掛金・買掛金の分析、固定資産の確認、在庫の確認等 - 経営状況の確認（例）
契約関係、労務、税務を中心とする事項の確認等
2. 月次財務報告書作成業務
国・地域・言語を問わず、現地会計ソフトから抽出した会計データをもとに、貴社科目体系に合わせた勘定科目への組替が行われた、日本語による報告書を作成します。現地子会社の状況を適宜把握するだけでなく、貴社との連結に必要な数値を把握するうえでの参考資料となります。
