Our response to the extension of the "declaration of a state of emergency"

Since Wednesday, April 8, we have been implementing a policy of telecommuting due to the "declaration of a state of emergency" announcement.
The state of emergency was due to end on Wednesday May 6 (a public holiday), but as the government is currently in the midst of discussions to extend this period, we have decided to extend our telecommuting policy for the time being.

We will continue to operate during the extension period as we do currently, namely:

1 Contact Information
Employees work at home, so please contact the person in charge by email or mobile phone.
If you cannot reach a representative, or do not know who the representative is, please contact the company address at tax-info@jp.gt.com. A representative will contact you.

2 Meetings
As a general rule, we would like to hold a conference call or web conference in lieu of face-to-face meetings, and we appreciate your understanding.

We will implement this policy in consideration of our clients’ and employees’ health, even though it may cause some inconvenience to those involved.
Thank you for your understanding.
